Michael P. Daly was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank in October 2002. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Daly served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending from October 1997 until January 2000 and then as Executive Vice President of the Company and the Bank from January 2000 to October 2002.
Richard M. Marotta
Senior Executive Vice President - Berkshire Bank
Richard M. Marotta was appointed SEVP and President of Berkshire Bank in September 2015. Prior to Mr. Marotta’s appointment of President he served Berkshire as EVP, Chief Risk and Administrative Officer. He has been serving Berkshire as EVP, Chief Risk and Administrative Officer since 2013. Mr. Marotta joined the Company as EVP, Chief Risk Officer in 2010 from KeyBank, where he was Executive Vice President and Group Head, Asset Recovery.

Sean A. Gray was appointed to the position of Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Berkshire Bank in September 2015. Prior to this appointment Mr. Gray served the Bank as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking. Mr. Gray has been serving Berkshire as EVP, Retail Banking since 2010. He joined Berkshire as First VP, Retail Banking in 2006 from Bank of America where he was VP, Consumer Marketing Manager in eastern Massachusetts.

Linda A. Johnston is Senior Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Berkshire Bank. Ms. Johnston is responsible for overseeing and directing the Company’s human resources functions including compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, training, recruitment, development, executive compensation, and initiatives and practices that support the Company’s strategic direction. Ms. Johnston also serves as a key advisor to the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors and has been part of the Company for more than 27 years.
Senior Executive Vice President, Commercial banking - Berkshire Bank
George F. Bacigalupo is Senior Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking for Berkshire Bank. He joined the company in 2011 as SVP Chief Credit Officer and was appointed EVP, Commercial Banking in October 2013. Previously, Mr. Bacigalupo served as EVP of Specialty Lending at TD Banknorth, where he established the ABL and other middle-market lending groups. He holds an MBA from Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University and a B.S. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Mr. Moses joined Webster Bank in 2011 from M&T Bank where he spent four years in various roles including head mortgage trader, deposit products pricing manager and consumer credit card product manager. Prior to his work at M&T Bank Mr. Moses worked with United Benelux Investments and Credit Suisse providing services in the bond and mortgage trading and securitization field. Mr. Moses earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Saint Bonaventure University and his MBA from Cornell.
