Michael P. Daly

Chief Executive Officer 

Michael P. Daly was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank in October 2002. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Daly served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending from October 1997 until January 2000 and then as Executive Vice President of the Company and the Bank from January 2000 to October 2002.

 

 

 

 


Kevin P. Riley

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Kevin Riley is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Riley joined the Company on August 1, 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Riley was Executive Vice President for Client Information and Relationship Management with KeyCorp where he was responsible for bank-wide customer relationship management, data governance and facilities. Previously from 1996 to 2002 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KeyBank National Association, Key Corp's flagship community bank and was a member of its executive team.

 

 

 

 

David B. Farrell

Executive Vice President, Integrated Services
David B. Farrell is Executive Vice President, Integrated Services of Berkshire Hills Bancorp and Berkshire Bank. Mr. Farrell is responsible for the company’s insurance and wealth management business lines, and their integration with the company’s other product and service offerings. He served on the Board of Directors of Berkshire Hills Bancorp since 2005, and served as Chair of the Audit Committee for four years prior to his appointment as EVP. Previously, he was a Division President with TJX Companies, a prominent apparel and home fashions retailer.

 

 

 

 


Michael J. Oleksak 

Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking and Regional President

for the Pioneer Valley

Michael Oleksak is Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking. Mr. Oleksak joined the Company and the Bank in February 2006 as Regional President for the Pioneer Valley. Mr. Oleksak is responsible for the development and implementation of all commercial banking strategies, including products, pricing and geography. Prior to joining the Company and the Bank, Mr. Oleksak was Senior Vice President and Co-Regional Executive of Western Massachusetts at TD Banknorth. During his 26 year banking career, Mr. Oleksak has had extensive commercial lending experience throughout New England, and served in various capacities at Fleet Bank and Shawmut Bank.

 

 

 

 

 

Richard M. Marotta

Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer

Richard M. Marotta is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Marotta joined the Company in December 2009 and is responsible for credit risk, loan review, loan documentation, internal audit, compliance and to provide strategic leadership for the Company’s future growth. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Marotta has more than 28 years of sophisticated banking experience, most recently he served as EVP and Group Head, Asset Recovery at KeyBank, and has extensive career experience in credit and risk management, including asset based lending portfolios.

 

  

 

 

 

Sean A. Gray 

Senior Vice President of Retail Banking

Sean A. Gray is Senior Vice President of Retail Banking. Mr. Gray joined the Company and the Bank in December of 2006 as First Vice President of Retail Banking. Mr. Gray is responsible for the development and implementation of all retail banking strategies, including branch activities and expansion, pricing, consumer lending, marketing, call center operations, facilities and product development. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gray was Vice President and Consumer Market Manager at Bank of America responsible for the sales and service operations of 31 branches in the Cambridge Massachusetts market. Mr. Gray earned his B.S. in Finance from Bentley College.
