Eligibility

To be eligible for the Small Business Express Credit Program, your company's annual sales must be less than $1 million and your total loan relationship at Berkshire Bank must be less than $250,000. Businesses not meeting these criteria should apply for one of our conventional commercial loan products.

Lines of Credit

• Reduced rates for our business checking customers with automatic payment
• No annual fee
• No annual financial statement updates
• Lines of credit up to $50,000 available

Business Overdraft Protection

• No annual fee
• Avoid overdraft fees with automatic overdraft protection
• Overdraft protection up to $5,000 available

Term Loans

• No annual financial statement updates
• Several payment options available for loans of 5 years or less
• Loans up to $75,000 available

Real Estate Loans

• Borrow up to 80% of the property's tax assessed value
• Several payment options available
• No annual financial statement updates
• Loans up to $150,000 available
