What's a Community Room?

The Community Room is a multi-functional room provided expressly for holding meetings, cultural activities and events that are of interest to the communities we serve. The Community Room located at this branch was created to help our customers get more out of life - not just financially, but by providing a convenient meeting space.

Who can use the Community Room?

Any community member who has completed an application and is approved can use the Berkshire Bank Community Room.

What's included?

The Community Room houses several useful interactive features such as teleconferencing, video conferencing, free Wi-Fi, and a Hi Definition Plasma television with Blu-Ray capabilities. There is also a dry erase board and markers for taking notes and brainstorming activities. Features may vary by location. Check your local location for a full feature list.

How do I reserve the Community Room?

To reserve the Community Room, you must complete a Community Room Contract and Use Application. Click the "Reserve Room" tab above to learn more.

How much does it cost to use the community room?

Use of The Community Room facility is free of charge. There is a refundable $100 security deposit.

What are the Community Room hours?

The Berkshire Bank Community Room is available for use during standard bank hours Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM and Saturdays by appointment.

The Berkshire Bank Community Room is available for use during standard bank hours Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM and Saturdays by appointment.

Reserve the Community Room in 3 easy steps

  1. Check if the room is available

    Click the "Availability" tab above and check if the Community Room is available on the date and time you need it.

  2. Fill out the contract and application

    Select your location and download the request form.

  3. Mail your application and host your meeting

    Mail your completed contract and application along with a $100 security deposit check.
