Any insurance required as a condition of an extension of credit by Berkshire Bank need not be purchased from the Agency and, without affecting the approval of your application for the extension of credit, may be purchased by an agent or insurance company of the customer's choice. Business conducted with Berkshire Insurance Group, Inc. is separate and distinct from any business conducted with the Bank.
