Berkshire Bank Announces 2022 NeXt Gen Scholar Recipients

 

Pittsfield, MA - Wed., Aug. 17, 2022 – Berkshire Bank, a leading socially responsible community-dedicated bank with branch locations in New England and New York, recently announced 40 students were awarded a total of $100,000 in scholarship funds through the bank’s NeXt Gen Scholars program. Each NeXt Gen Scholar will receive $2,500 in funding to support their pursuit of an undergraduate degree from an accredited non-profit college or technical school. Eighty-one Berkshire Bank employees volunteered to help select the winners from over 150 applications. This year’s NeXt Gen Scholars are from Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. The 2022 recipients are listed by region with some photos included.
