Berkshire Bank Expands Business Banking Team in Boston Market with Three New Hires


Boston, MA – May 5, 2021 – Berkshire Bank, a purpose-driven community bank with locations primarily in New England and New York, is pleased to announce the following additions to our Boston Market. The new additions will assist in building out a new business banking team in Eastern Massachusetts.

Berkshire Bank welcomes:

Scott Vickery a former Senior Vice President at Webster Bank with nearly three decades of banking experience, which includes business development that provides customer-focused solutions. He joins Berkshire Bank as a Senior Vice President and Team Leader for the business banking unit in the Boston Metro.

Scott is also deeply rooted in his community and is an advocate for Why Me, Inc. as well as Hope and Comfort, Inc. He is also a member Boston Chamber of Commerce and past Board Member of the South Shore 2020 Initiative, Learning First Foundation, Henry Willis Community Center (finance committee), Maynard Chamber of Commerce, Maynard Downtown Steering Committee, and Restoration Project. Vickery is a graduate of Bentley College and the New England College of Business and Finance. He has also received certificates from Babson College.

Lance Reagan joins Berkshire Bank as a Vice President, Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager. Lance brings over twenty years of industry experience to Berkshire. He was most recently a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Webster Bank. Lance is also fluent in Spanish and was a graduate of Boston College and the Boston University Graduate School of Management.

Also joining the business banking team is Eduard Radzinsky, as a Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager. Eduard comes to Berkshire from Webster Bank, where he was a Vice President in Business Banking. Radzinsky has over 20 years of experience in financial services. An accomplished Business Banker and Retail Manager with past experiences at Eastern Bank and Bank of America. Eduard also has extensive training in the construction trades to complement his business banking experience. Radzinsky is a graduate of MassBay Community College and Newbury College with a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management
