Berkshire Bank names Rebecca Sorrentino as Vice President, Relationship Manager, MyBanker for Berkshire County
BOSTON, MA – May 4, 2021 – Berkshire Bank, a purpose-driven community bank with locations primarily in New England and New York, is pleased to announce the promotion of Rebecca Sorrentino to Vice President, MyBanker. Sorrentino has over 35 years of banking experience, managing multiple offices, developing deep relationships with customers, and building sustainable teams focusing on customer service experience.
In this new role, Sorrentino will be responsible for building a network of Berkshire County community partners in collaboration with Berkshire's business lines to further enhance the client experience and customer expectations. Sorrentino's extensive experience and deep knowledge of the market position her well to continue Berkshire's mission of being the leading socially responsible community bank.

Sorrentino will also work as a Berkshire County MyBanker, which is a 24-7 free financial concierge service to help customers navigate through their next big financial life stage, such as starting or expandinga business, getting married, growing their family, or planning for retirement.
Prior to this position, Sorrentino served as the AVP, Dual Branch Officer for the Lenox Main and the West Stockbridge offices for over 20 years. She is currently serving as a board member of the West Stockbridge Historical Society and serves on the Fairview Hospital Golf Tournament Committee. In the past, Mrs. Sorrentino was the President of the local Lenox Library and Tri-Town Rotary. She has her BA in the Science of Psychology from the State Universityof New York at Potsdam.
