However, due to unexpected events from COVID, there are times when individual branches may temporarily close, offer only drive up service or become appointment only. Berkshire Bank is happy to provide most services through our drive-up facilities while our lobbies are closed to walk-in customers. We understand some requests require additional time and benefit by setting an appointment with one of our branch associates.   • New Accounts
  • Debit Card Issuance
  • Cashier's Checks/Money Orders
  • Wire Transfers
  • Address Changes or Account Maintenance
  • Notary and Signature Guarantee Requests
  • Safe Deposit Access
  • Specific Coin/Currency Requests
