What you need for your loan application?
Be prepared with the information and documents you'll need to apply for a loan or line of credit. This helps verify your business and key individuals associated with it.
To complete your Loan application online or in person, you'll need some basic info, including:
(Please note anyone owning 20% or more of the business will be required to personal guarantee the loan)
  • Your Legal Business name and address
  • Your Tax Id Number and Social Security Number
  • Your personal information

  • A valid driver's license, state-issued ID or passport to validate your identity
  • Proof of Ownership, Example:
    • Fictitious name/assumed name/DBA/trade name certificate or registration
