Starting Sunday, December 6th, Consumer & Small Business online banking will have a refreshed user experience, look and feel.

There may be a few seconds of delay the first time you login after Sunday, December 6th, as you will be redirected to our new online banking user experience at that time.


Best of all, this upgrade comes without you even doing a thing! This user experience refresh provides a more modern look, and contains tools that are more efficient in order to deepen our user’s online connection to Berkshire Bank.



In addition, this refresh will make our site easier to use on different sized devices. Bill Pay is also getting an upgrade! You will now have the option to pay multiple bills at once by choosing the new pay many tab.
