As we look to the new year, now is a great time to do some housekeeping of your online banking contact information to ensure we have your up-to-date contact information. If we have any questions or concerns, it's vital that we have your current email address and phone number(s) on file so we can get a hold of you quickly. Ready to make sure your information is up to date? Follow the simple steps below:

1.  Log in to your Online Banking account.

2.  Have your debit/ATM number and PIN available, or choose a one-time security code.

3.  Click on “More” and then “Customer Service Tab”


4.  Click on "Manage Contact Information," and review your information. (If you only have a mobile phone and no landline, please make sure the mobile number is entered in both telephone fields.)

6.  If the information is incorrect, click "Change" and update your information.

7. If the information is correct, do nothing.
