About our XTEAM Volunteer Program

Berkshire is a purpose-driven organization dedicated to giving back through financial support and volunteering.

Employees volunteer as part of our XTEAM, named for the X in our logo, year-round in company -sponsored activities and with local organizations. Berkshire provides up to 16 hours of paid time off annually to volunteer.

Employee culture councils organize projects to reflect community needs and employee interests, ensuring a positive impact.
