With over twenty-eight years in the banking industry, I've grown through various roles in fast-growing financial institutions and am thrilled to be in my current position as VP Relationship Manager, MyBanker. My career has been marked by dedication to customer service and teamwork. I’m eager to step into my new role and responsibilities, focusing on delivering exceptional service, managing customer relationships, establishing deposit accounts, and cultivating both new and existing business relationships. I look forward to further enhancing access to a wide array of business services offered through our strategic partners, including wealth management, business banking, commercial lending, and mortgages. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, playing golf, singing, and working on my garden.

Erika’s biggest achievement is gaining the understanding that life is a journey and sometimes that journey teaches you a lot about your destination. Sanya is focused on relationship development and client success by delivering exceptional client experiences. Helping clients navigate their financial journey is the most exciting part of her role. She enjoys learning about her clients to understand their needs and provides options and solutions that will assist them in reaching their goals.

As a lifelong native to the Capital Region, Sanya enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an active member of the community and serves on the Advisory Board for Steinmetz Career and Leadership Academy.
